8th Annual Southern California Regional 5k Aids Walk for Minority Women and Children
The 5K Walk is co-sponsored by Congresswoman McDonald and the League of African American Women and is held on the CSUDH campus. Expected participation is 2,500-3,000 walkers. Proceeds from this event go to six healthcare facilities (Watts Health Clinic, Charles Drew University Oasis Clinic, Harbor-UCLA Pediatric AIDS Clinic, T.H.E. Clinic, Long Beach Memorial Pediatric Unit and the Asian Pacific AIDS Intervention Team).To join the APAIT team or to sponsor a walker, please contact
