Through collaborative partnerships forged with the Asian Pacific Islander American Health Forum (APIAHF) and the Asian Pacific Islander Wellness Center (APIWC) in San Francisco, APAIT develops and implements regionally structure and integrated capacity building systems through technical assistance programming to national, regional and local non-governmental organizations.
Services are broken down in three priority areas:
Priority Area #2: Design, development, implementation and evaluation of effective HIV prevention interventions for racial/minority individuals whose behavior places them at risk for acquiring or transmitting HIV and other STDs.
